These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the subscription service provided by biped robotics SA ("biped," "we," "us," or "our") for the NOA device and companion app.

Payment Options

We offer two payment options for NOA:
• Single payment: AUD 7,950 upfront
• Monthly payments: AUD 179 per month for 48 months

Payment Terms

For the single payment option:
• Full payment of AUD 7,950 is due at purchase
• 30-day money-back guarantee applies, subject to device evaluation

For the monthly payment option:
• AUD 179 will be charged monthly for 48 months
• Contract can be cancelled at the end of each month
• Any started month is due in full
• Paid months are non-refundable

Taxes and Additional Fees

All prices are exclusive of:
• Goods and Services Tax (GST) applicable in Australia
• Import duties and customs fees
• Any other local taxes or charges
These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected by the relevant authorities.

Device Damage and Warranty

The NOA device comes with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use. The warranty does not cover:
• Accidental damage
• Water damage
• Unauthorized modifications
• Misuse or abuse
Any repairs or replacements required due to damage not covered by warranty will be charged to the customer at current repair rates.

Return and Refund Policy

For single payment customers:
• 30-day money-back guarantee applies
• Device condition will be evaluated before refund
• Damage or missing accessories may affect refund amount

For monthly payment customers:
• Contract can be terminated at the end of each month
• Device must be returned in good condition
• No refunds for previously paid months

Device Ownership

For single payment customers, ownership transfers immediately upon purchase. For monthly payment customers, ownership transfers after completion of all 48 monthly payments. biped robotics SA reserves the right to disable services for devices with delinquent payment status.

Modifications to Terms

biped robotics SA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify customers of any material changes via email or through the NOA companion app. Continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
